1. Delivery & Shipping Cost

Shipping is processed within 24-72 hours after the order has been placed. Please allow for 3-7 business days shipping time once the order has been processed for orders to the USA. International shipping may be longer (14-21 business days).

All shipping is free in the United States. All shipping internationally outside of the USA is $20 flat per order. We ship to every country in the world!

An email will be sent to you to confirm the order after purchase. Another email will be sent once the order has been processed. After the order has shipped, you will receive an additional email which provides the tracking information. Most packages are shipped through USPS, but we also utilize UPS, FEDEX, and DHL.

Please be aware that some items may take longer to ship and may arrive in different packaging at different times. For these orders, you will receive multiple tracking numbers. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about your shipments.

3. Shopping and Placing an Order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

An email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you register for an account so that you can subscribe to our newsletter and easily place an order.

I have forgotten my password: what should I do?

Simply follow the ‘Lost your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

How do I receive email newsletter?

Subscribe and receive a 15% Coupon code for your first order, stay informed of new arrivals, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage. Email preferences can be easily managed under ‘My Account’.

How do I place an order on your site?

Placing an order at Seen On Celebs is quite simple. Here’s how:

  1. Choose a category or collection from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.

  2. Select the size of your item and click ‘Add to cart’. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to Checkout under ‘Cart’.

  3. Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.

  4. Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it or to add any items, but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. 4. Returns & refunds

What is your returns & refund policy?

Order Cancellations
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, once the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it or to add any items, but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. 

Defective Product Received / Incorrect Item
In the extremely rare case where your item arrived damaged by the carrier or the incorrect item/size was received, we will replace the item for you free of charge without the need for you to send the defective item back. All we require is a picture of the front/back of the shirt + where the damage is visible and we will rectify the issue for you within 72 hours. You may e-mail us this information. 

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not being accepted at this time due to high demand. We try our best to make sure the products you purchase are the best possible quality and always to your satisfaction.
